habe das mail an cezanne und gert weitergegeben, könnte eventuell auch wer anderer hilfe anbieten?
Hi Patty,
many thanks for your nice mail. I would be glad to help you with the
Where's In A Name cache but as I live in Vienna (N 48°12.000 E 016.21.000)
and for ecological reasons do not own a car, I am not able to help you till end of april
(beginning of the motorbike season).
But there could be a solution to your problem: I 'know' some very friendly
geocachers living in the Graz area (N 47°04.000 E 015°26.000) who probably
will be pleased to help you with your task. Your target coordinates are to be found
something around 17 km (10 miles) south of downtown Graz.
In this spirit I shall be forwarding your mail to them (Gert, Cezanne) - of course
without mentioning your private e-mail address. I would be very glad knowing
about the denouement of the story.
Please allow me one question: where is Barrzec? The only village with a name
sounding similar to Barrzec I was able to find is 'Bartlsepp' not far away
(4 km west) from Ligist near Graz.
Many greetings from Vienna
The Plank

Hello theplank!
I saw your message in the Groundspeak forum. I was wondering if you would be able to help me with the Where's In A Name cache? After converting my geocaching name, Goldfinch, to numbers and then coordinates, this is what it looks like: 46:53.346, which appears to cut right through Austria. My grandmother was born and grew up in Barrzec, Austria so I thought it would be so interesting to find someone near there to help me complete this cache. Let me know if you would be interested.
Thanks very much and Happy New Year!
Sincerely,
Goldfinch593
